Registration

The registration is now open.

The DEADLINE for REGISTRATION is 22 AUGUST 2008 (hard deadline).
If you are an AUTHOR the deadline for registration is 19 JULY 2008.

Once you are registered you will have the possibility to modify your data until 29 AUGUST 2008.

There will not be any registration fee for this event.

In order to register please do the following:
  1. Click here in order to go to the Registration Page and create a new account.
  2. Login via the registration page using your account.
  3. Select the event: via clicking on Ispra / September 2008 / FSMNLP 2008.
  4. Accept the events registration statement.
  5. You will be asked on the next screen to provide the following information:

    • nationality
    • document type (ID/passport) and number
    • date and place of issue
    • date and place of birth

    This information is REQUIRED in order to prepare your entrance pass. There are very strict visit procedures in JRC and without this information it will not be possible to register.
  6. There will be several options on the same page regarding transportation and accomodation arrangements:

    • LOCAL TRANSPORTATION on ARRIVAL:
      Please do not select this option since JRC will not provide this service
    • LOCAL TRANSPORTATION on DEPARTURE:
      Please select this option only If you DO NOT arrive by car or by your own means of transportation. For people without a car we will arrange a transport to the airport (free of charge).
    • ACCOMODATION (Hotel Europa/Ispra):
      For the participants, who do not wish or can not arrive by car, we will book rooms in the Hotel Europa in Ispra and transport will also be provided from this hotel to JRC and from JRC to the hotel for the 2 days of the workshop. Therefore participants without their own transportation are kindly asked to select this option. The rooms cost circa 50-60 Euros per night.
    • CONFERENCE DINNER:
      If you intend to attend the dinner (free of charge) on 11 Spetember in HOTEL EUROPA select this option.
